The theme was “Power the Passion for Nursing” which included clinical excellence, technology, professional dedication, and community involvement. There were approximately 200 attendees from the PNAA 38 chapters. The message from the new PNAA President Leo Jurado’s was replace leadership with stewardship by creating a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for the outcome. The quotation “A vision without a task is a dream. A task without a vision is a job. A vision with a task can change the world.”
